Big Boss aka
The Greg

Greg

With an impressive background as an owner and Toyota master technician, he has dedicated 30 years of his life to perfecting his craft. Many of those years were spent working at Toyota, where he gained invaluable experience and knowledge.

Starting with tech class and wrenching at a gas station he moved up the ranks and expanded his knowledge and talent.

Together with his wife Nicole, Greg took a leap of faith and started their own independent repair shop. Their goal was to create a place where customers could experience compassionate and personalized service.

Greg and his family enjoy hiking, boating, camping, or off-roading, and finds solace and adventure in nature. He loves spending quality time with his boys, bonding over building cool stuff together.

The Guru

Tim

Tim has always been fascinated by vehicles. At 15, he enrolled in autotech at his high school, by 2001 he was working for Toyota which further fueled his passion and accelerated his expertise. In 2010 he joined Greg at L1 Automotive furthering his knowledge with a wider range of Toyota vehicles. He even had the opportunity to work a pit crew in Rally Mexico!

Aside from his professional life, his other passions that keep him motivated are exploring the wilderness, music, racing, traveling and photography. He also is our resident DJ.

The Concierge

Michael

Michael is our "Repair Concierge", scheduling visits, acquiring parts, building repair estimates, and mostly providing customer service. Originally coming from a home electronics background, he joined the L1 automotive team in 2011 for several years, and returned in 2023 after some adventures. With a deep-rooted interest in fast cars, Michael has always been fascinated by the world of auto modifications and repairs.

When he's not at the shop, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring nature, hiking, camping, traveling, playing video games, and music.

The Techie

Daniel

Daniel spent many years specializing in German autos, which he has loved both professionally and personally. He has owned many vehicles in his lifetime (we've lost count). Currently he dailys his 4Runner, a a 4th gen, which he recently tested in Moab. Also likes to see what all he can fit into his Honda Fit.

Dan enjoys hunting, spending time in nature and hanging out with his pup.

He enjoys a good challenge and takes on some of the more difficult electrical gremlins.

The Princess

Fellicity

Fellicity's auto repair story began at 10 years old helping her grandpa work on Semi Trucks (she was small enough to crawl into difficult places) and also helped rotate tires weekly. Then going from a lube shop in high school while taking classes, to moving to Colorado and working as a hybrid specialist for a few years and at other independent shops. She found us in 2025 and we quickly put her talent to use.

In her free time she loves live concerts, camping and playing board games, and is inseparable from her lovely wife Mary. She is also quite talented at Orgami.
